PayPal is expanding its crypto-related services as its digital asset portfolio expands.
Following the debut of a “on ramp” service that allows customers to acquire cryptocurrency, PayPal is now releasing a “off ramp” service that allows users to smoothly change digital money into cash.
“By adding Off Ramps, crypto wallet users in the U.S. can convert their crypto to USD directly from their wallets into their PayPal balance so they can shop, send, save, or transfer to their bank or debit card,” the firm said in a statement.
The service is now available to wallets, dApps, and NFT marketplaces, as well as MetaMask.
