Paxos, a provider of cryptographic services, has recovered a “fat finger” overpayment of approximately $500,000 for a Bitcoin transaction fee.

F2Pool wrote, “We would like to provide an update regarding the recent overpayment of 20 BTC in transaction fees.” “After confirming the sender’s identity, we have refunded the fee in full to Paxos, the sender.”
