The payee deadline for Mt. Gox’s rehabilitation plan selection and filing has been pushed back to April 6 following judicial clearance.

According to the statement, this may be the last such stretch. “Further extension of the date will be challenging in the interest of making the repayments to rehabilitation creditors as soon as feasible, unless there are unavoidable causes,” it states.

A judge has also given the rehabilitation trustee approval to move the basic repayment deadline, early lump-sum repayment deadline, and intermediate repayment deadline from September 30 to October 31. This implies that payouts will now be made between April 6 and October 31.
