Wang Feng, founder of Chinese crypto news portal Marsbit, stated that Marsbit is open to collaborate with other firms to acquire CoinDesk.

“I trust in the crypto industry’s future, and I’m eager to provide infrastructure services in a straightforward manner, whether it’s trading or media.” “Wang stated this on Twitter. “Marsbit, an Element Finance affiliate, is offering to form a consortium of well-known funds to purchase Coindesk, including its crypto media and all of its Consensus conference business.”

He also stated that he would like to chat with any investment funds or corporations interested in collaborating on this.

Digital Currency Group (DCG) is trying to sell CoinDesk as it struggles with its other business Genesis, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on January 20. According to the Wall Street Journal, the news portal has hired Lazard investment bankers to investigate a possible sale.
